Fresh and Sumptuous Vietnamese Food in Downtown Millburn! We came to Saigon Cafe in the downtown area for an early dinner on a Friday evening. They have a few tables outdoors and some seating inside. When we arrived around 6 PM, the place was just starting to get busy, but it was completely packed by the time we stepped out around 7 PM. The food here is fresh and really sumptuous. Honestly, they serve some of the best pho we have ever had. The bone broths used in the soup are incredibly flavorful and feel freshly made. Here is what we ordered: * Fresh Spring Rolls: We started with the shrimp spring rolls, which were decent. * Chicken Pho: My wife got this, and it was awesome. * Special Beef Pho: I ordered this one, and it was very flavorful and tasty. The meat quality was absolutely fantastic. * Grilled Meat Pao: My sister got this with chicken and fresh veggies, and she really enjoyed it. On top of the excellent food, their staff was very friendly throughout our meal. I highly recommend checking this spot out, just be sure to get there early on the weekend since it fills up fast!

One of my regular spots in Millburn and it never misses. The pho here is the real deal — rich, clear broth with plenty of meat, fresh herbs, and onion. The fresh spring rolls are a great starter. Their Bahn Mi and Iced coffee are superb! I've brought friends here multiple times and they're always happy with it. Unpretentious, consistent, and fairly priced. Exactly what a neighborhood Vietnamese joint should be.

I had such a lovely experience here! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt so welcoming. There was an older gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) who truly made the visit special—his service was amazing. Everything he did was with a genuine smile, and he was just so kind and sweet. You can really tell he cares about the customers, and it made a big difference. As for the food… wow. Everything was delicious, but I have to highlight the avocado smoothies—they were incredible! So refreshing and perfectly made.

Finally found a spot that doesn't take shortcuts. It’s rare to find a place that doesn’t rely on soup powders or pre-made dishes anymore, but Saigon Cafe is the real deal. You can tell the soup base is actually simmered for 12 hours, and even their fish sauce is cooked in-house. My daughters are notoriously picky and they cleared their plates and asked for seconds. If you care about high-quality ingredients, this is the place to go in Millburn.

I’ve been coming here for both dine‑in and takeout, and it’s consistently great every time. I usually order the chicken pho, and the broth is always flavorful, clean, and comforting. The noodles are cooked perfectly and the portions are generous. Even when I order takeout, the quality holds up really well and everything is packaged nicely. It’s one of my go‑to spots whenever I’m craving pho. Definitely one of the best pho places around the area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid, comforting bowl of pho.
